How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?

We use heavy-duty, reinforced mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is packed with cardboard stiffeners, and for opened items, we ship the disc outside the jacket to prevent seam splits.

What is your return policy on opened media?

We accept returns within 30 days for defective items only. Due to the nature of physical media, we cannot accept returns on opened records or CDs for 'change of mind' reasons.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

Do you buy used record collections?

Yes! We are always looking for quality used vinyl, CDs, and cassettes. You can bring your collection to our physical storefront for an appraisal or contact us via email for larger collections.
