Marking a decade of Nothing But Thieves last year, with four albums, billions of
streams, thousands of worldwide live shows and a global dedicated fanbase, the
Southend five-piece make their musical return today and launch their next chapter with
euphoric new single ‘Evolution’ out now via RCA/Sony Music.

With an ever-evolving world-building approach both musically and visually, Nothing
But Thieves returned to their roots – literally and thematically - during their recent time
in the studio, recording at Angelic Studios where they made their debut record, looking
back to how they began with a DIY spirit rooted in authenticity. New single ‘Evolution’
is the first taster of the band’s new music and was showcased to 250 in-person and
millions of global fans last night as part of a YouTube livestream, alongside receiving
its first play with Jack Saunders as Radio 1’s Hottest Record.

With an adept ability to experiment between the genres that influence them as a band,
the elated and fast-paced track combines soaring vocals and energetic guitars into a
communal anthem that is uniquely and brilliantly Nothing But Thieves. With a subtle
lyrical nod to a hometown live venue that shaped their beginnings, the track is a
visceral statement of intent, inspiring harmony, nostalgia and hope. The video, filmed
in London alongside 250-fans during last night’s livestream, will be premiering next
week alongside further news from the band. Nothing But Thieves say,
